Transformation begins and succeeds through curiosity, trust and determination. Acting on this belief, Lance DiLorio led strategic change at a Fortune 500 investment manager, major philanthropic organization and in his own community with new American entrepreneurs.

Currently at Stand Together Foundation, Lance leads strategy and operations for the organization, which encompasses 75 dedicated staff supporting over 300 non-profits across the United States.
At Invesco Ltd, Lance built business units from scratch to scale, including an ETF indexing subsidiary behind the BulletShares product suite.
On a volunteer basis, Lance has mentored members of the immigrant community as they built new businesses in the Atlanta area.

Originally from Tennessee, Lance has worked across the US and abroad, including seven years in Frankfurt, Germany. He is now based in Atlanta.

Lance led Investment Specialized Services, a function he founded to tackle some of the most important challenges for Invesco and the industry, including index investing and front office operations. Investment Specialized Services comprised a team of over 125 investment industry professionals, including PhDs, CFAs and MBAs, across 7 countries.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER, ADMINISTRATION

As CAO for Invesco's Administration function, Lance evolved the firm's operations and technology platform to achieve greater flexibility and scale. The primary outcomes included moving from a system-centric to a data-centric platform and culture and developing capabilities of enterprise centers in India and Canada.
GLOBAL HEAD OF TRADING DEVELOPMENT

In this role, Lance developed and implemented a global trading model that linked previously autonomous trading desks around the world into a single global function. This allowed Invesco portfolio managers to trade locally in major markets, resulting in better market intelligence, execution and lower cost for clients.

In his entry role at Invesco, Lance managed various business development and optimization initiatives across continental Europe, the UK and Ireland. An example project includes the sale of Invesco's custody bank in Germany and subsequent transition of activities to other Invesco functions across Europe or third parties.

INTERESTS
Travel
Lance began exploring the world at 16, when he volunteered for a summer in present-day Slovakia. In subsequent years, he worked at an orphanage in Albania and interned with a national park in Slovakia. He continues to travel for work and pleasure, having visited over 50 countries around the world.
